Swimming pool maintenance is an integral part of swimming pool cleanliness and so for swimmers, Horizons El Ghad provides swimming pool maintenance services with a dedicated schedule for maintenance, after analyzing the average pool capacity, climatic conditions and other such factors.

A regular maintenance visit includes the following steps:

Test the water – no chemicals added until the maintenance schedule is completed for that day.
Use the net (s) to remove all leaves and other large debris from the pool.
Use the brush to remove dirt, algae, stains or scales from pool walls and floors.
Cleaning all baskets – for scraper and pump.
Vacuuming – removing any dirt, leaves, or other stuck-on debris in the pool.
Filter Cleaning – If it is a sand filter or DE filter, it will be backwashed. If it is a cartridge filter, then the individual folded filter elements are rinsed with a garden hose and a pressurized nozzle.
Addition of the necessary chemical substances (s) – from the test (s) performed earlier in the day.
